The Foundation will not make grants to any organizations that have not been determined/recognized as a Section 501(c)(3) public charity by the IRS. The Foundation will concentrate the majority of its support to charitable causes and purposes in South Carolina, but may also provide a minority of its support to benefit charitable, medical, or educational organizations or projects in Vietnam, especially those which improve relations between South Carolina and Vietnam.
