What counts as an application?
One application = one submission to one foundation. You can regenerate AI drafts as many times as you need within a single application — that doesn't count against your limit.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and we prorate the difference.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays. You drop to the free tier — you can still log in and see everything, you just lose access to AI-assisted features and the application limit resets to zero.
How do I redeem a promo code?
On the Stripe checkout page, click "Add promotion code" and paste the code. The discount applies before you confirm the subscription. If a code stops working, it has likely reached its redemption cap — reach out and we'll point you to the next one.
