Each scholarship candidate is required to submit: 1. A completed application. 2. An official copy of their high school transcript. 3. Three signed letters of recommendation. 4. An essay focusing on plans for post-secondary education and how it will lead to career goals and how the individual will positively impact others and give back to his or her community.

Restrictions

Awards are limited to the following eligibility criteria: 1. Must be a U.S. citizen. 2. Must have a cumulative high school GPA between 3.0-3.65 (out of a 4.0 scale). 3. Must be a high school senior enrolled in grades 10-12 in a Milton-Freewater, Oregon area who will matriculate full-time at a U.S. accredited college or university, community college, or trade school within the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia.
