How to Apply

Requests should include: (1) Requestor information, including name, email, and phone number; (2) Recipient organization information, including name, tax ID number, entity classification, location, and a brief description of the organization and its alignment with the foundation's mission; (3) Details of donation request, including type and amount of funding requested, how funds will be used, expected results and key performance indicators, publicizing opportunities, and the contribution deadline if applicable; (4) For employee and group match requests, please also provide proof of donation (receipt). For volunteer match requests, please also provide a description and photos of the event.

Restrictions

The foundation only considers organizations meeting the following eligibility criteria: 1. Organizations based in the United States must qualify as a Section 501(c)(3) organization, and may not be a private foundation. 2. Accredited educational institutions and universities. 3. International organizations must have a fiscal sponsor or foreign feeder in the United States that is a 501(c)(3) organization. If the organization does not have a United States-based fiscal sponsor or foreign feeder, a donation match can be requested for a similar United States-based 501(c)(3) organization.
