How to Apply

The Foundation does not require an application form. The Foundation will examine the history and credentials of any charitable organization described in Section 501(c)(3) that will be considered for contributions. The proposed charitable organization's history and its proven efficacy in providing services pursuant to its charitable function will be examined. Periodic examination will be made of the organization's use of the Foundation's contribution to ascertain if the contribution was used as it was proposed to be used.
