Copy of the organization's most recent financial statements.

Restrictions
Grant Application Guidelines. 1. Applications for funding must be tax exempt under the provisions of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. 2. The foundation will not participate in any political campaign on behalf of any candidate. 3. The foundation prefers to fund specific programs and special projects which have measurable results. 4. The foundation prefers to allocate funds to organization once in a calendar year unless there are unusual financial circumstances. 5. The foundation prefers to support organizations in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area.
