This posting is to provide public notice of the NPS' intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Cooperative Agreement P19AC00930 with the Regents of the University of California, Santa Cruz, a partner under the Californian Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (Cooperative and Joint Venture Agreement NPS-CALI-CESU-2018), for the project titled, "Assessing Endangered Black Abalone Recruitment at Channel Islands National Park, Point Reyes National Seashore and Golden Gate National Recreation Area."
