Section III

Description

The purpose of this Administrative History is to document the establishment and management of Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts (1966 to 2018) and to place it within the larger contexts of park management, public use, and natural and cultural resource preservation inside and outside the National Park System. This study will serve as an ongoing guide to park management about the history of park issues over time, how these have been addressed and how they have changed depending on the context of the time.
