Master Cooperative Agreement

The objective of this Agreement is to establish a formal relationship for coordination and collaboration between the Department of the Interior National Park Service (NPS) and Kutztown University of Pennsylvania (KU); specifically itâ¿¿s Frederick Douglass Institute (FDI). Both agencies propose to work together to engage communities in the attainment of educational excellence while contributing positively to both NPS and KUâ¿¿s missions.
