The United States Department of Interior, National Park Service is announcing a notice of intent to award; this is not a request for applications. This funding opportunity is to provide public notice of NPS's intention to provide anticipated funding for the following project without full and open competition under Cooperative Agreement P13AC00443 with Clemson University, a partner under the Piedmont South Atlantic Coast Cooperative Ecosystems Studies Unit (PSAC).

Piedmont-South Atlantic Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CESU) network. This is a notice of intent to award anticipated funding to continue a multi-year project that provides relevant scientific and technical support for the NPS Office of the Director though engagement of university students and other public and private partners and organizations. Future funding is contingent upon the availability of funds.
