Notice of Intent to Award w/o Competition. Artrain is uniquely qualified to connect various communities throughout U.S. and Canada with this project, to reach young people to engage in the opportunity for art and education, and it is located in proximity to the Memorial.

Description

Artrain will carry out an international youth art hisotry and education project from 2011-2015 as part of the commenorative activities for the Bicentennial of the War of 1812 and the Battle of Lake Erie. Paths to Peace: War of 1812 Arts Legacy Project will interpret the War of 1812 and the long lasting peace between nations that were once at war.
