This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service's intention to award financial assistance for the following project activities without competition: Cooperative Agreement P17AC01723 with Washington State University, a partner under the Pacific Northwest Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, for the project titled "Habitat Assessment for Re-establishing Extirpated Cascades Frog in Lassen Volcanic National Park."
