This is a Notice of Intent only. The U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB), intends to extend the period of performance for an existing cooperative agreement with World Vision, project CAMPOS DE ESPERANZA (FIELDS OF HOPE), without full and open competition. Authority: DLMS 2-836 G.3: Services are available from only one responsible source and no substitute will suffice; or the recipient has unique qualifications to perform the type of activity to be funded.
