Eligibility
NOTE: This is a Notice of Intent. An announcement is not related to this notice. We are not accepting applications at this time. Any commercial, educational, or U.S. or Non-U.S. non-profit organization(s), including any faith-based organizations, public international organizations or community-based organizations, capable of successfully addressing child labor, forced labor, and other forms of labor exploitation of workers in the chile pepper and tomato sectors in Mexico is eligible to apply if and when a Funding Opportunity Announcement is published. Lack of past experience with USDOL cooperative agreements, grants, or contracts does not bar eligibility. All applicants for ILAB funding opportunities must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to applying for funding.
