Description

This project allows the National Park Service to field young adults in internship experiences that focus on providing technical assistance to a wide swath of the American public for the purpose of expanding outdoor recreation opportunities and resource conservation in communities nationwide. Each intern augments and extends the reach and effectiveness of NPS staff and provides for improved public service along with professional development opportunities for the participants.
