This posting is to provide public notice of the NPS' intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Task Agreement P16AC01362 under Cooperative Agreement P16AC00003 with Oregon State University, a partner under the Pacific Northwest Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, for the project titled, "Determining Status of Surface Water Quality in Parks of the Pacific West Region."
