The United States Department of Interior, National Park Service is announcing a notice of intent to award; this is not a request for applications. This funding opportunity is to provide public notice of NPS's intention to fund the following project without full and open competition under Cooperative Agreement P13AC00443 with the University of South Carolina, a partner under the Piedmont South Atlantic Coast Cooperative Ecosystems Studies Unit.

Description

The project objective is to conduct archaeological field and laboratory research to expand the knowledge of the Southern Campaign of the American Revolution parks to enhance public interpretive and educational programs about the American Revolution and develop educational and training field school opportunities for students and volunteers in archaeology and historical preservation. This is a multi-year project subject to availability of future funding.
