This posting is to provide public notice of the NPS' intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Cooperative Agreement P17AC01258 with the University of Hawaii, a partner under the Hawai`i-Pacific Islands Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (Cooperative and Joint Venture Agreement P14AC00637), for the project titled, "Evaluate Restoration and Rare Plant Recovery Strategies at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park."
