This posting is to provide public notice of the NPS' intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Task Agreement P15AC00122 under Cooperative Agreement P13AC00676 with the Institute for Wildlife Studies, a partner under the Californian Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, for the project titled, "Monitoring, and Outreach for Bald Eagles and Peregrine Falcons on the Channel Islands."
