This posting is to provide public notice of the NPS' intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Cooperative Agreement P19AC01190 with the University of Vermont, a partner under the Pacific Northwest Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (Cooperative and Joint Venture Agreement P16AC00003), for the project titled, "Preservation Field School and Repair of the Gem Mine Headframe, Ore Bin, and Mill at Death Valley National Park."
