Subject to the availability of funds, USDOL’s Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) intends to provide funding to the American Center for International Labor Solidarity without full and open competition to improve labor law understanding and compliance in Georgia. Authority: DLMS 2-836 G.3: Services are available from only one responsible source and no substitute will suffice; or the recipient has unique qualifications to perform the type of activity to be funded.
