The purpose of this announcement is to provide public notice that the National Park Service intends to fund this program under an existing cooperative agreement with the Greening Youth Foundation

This is not a request for applications. This is a notice of intent to award funds to the Greening Youth Foundation through a task agreement issued under a previously awarded cooperative agreement P15AC00020.
