Description
The intern will be trained in various program activities through the following activities: â¿¢ Create a website for Park Historic Structures in the NPS Content Management System â¿¢ Create references for historic structures reports and cultural landscape inventories, reports and management plans on the NPS Data Store (IRMA), and upload completed documents suitable for public visibility â¿¢ Chair the PCLP Public Face Work Group by coordinating meetings, identifying goals, and managing group projects. â¿¢ Sustain the Centennial web presence of the Park Cultural Landscapes Program (PCLP) for the public through the new Content Management System website and these social media: Facebook, Tumblr, Instagram, Flickr, YouTube and Twitter. â¿¢ Create NPS Centennial educational outreach materials for the public, the engagement of youth and a variety of users about cultural landscapes and their preservation, including illustrated stories, photographic tours, video portraits and story maps. â¿¢ Format educational materials as web content for staff training and public education.
