Eligibility
NOTE: This is a Notice of Intent. There is not an announcement related to this notice. We are not accepting applications at this time. When a funding opportunity is announced, eligible applicants will include any commercial, international, educational, or non-profit organization, including faith-based, community-based, or public international organization(s), capable of successfully building the capacity of workers’ organizations in the apparel industry in Haiti. Lack of past experience with U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) cooperative agreements, grants, or contracts does not bar eligibility. All applicants must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to applying for funding. For more information, please see http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform/displayHomePage.do and https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Successful applicants will be required to ensure any subrecipients also have a DUNS registered in SAM prior to receiving ILAB approval of any subawards.
