This funding opportunity is to provide public notice of NPS's intention to fund the following project without full and open competition to the Overmountain Victory Trail Association.

Description

The objective of this Cooperative Agreement is to support the Annual Commemorative March and provide yearlong quality educational and interpretive presentations to the public about the Overmountain Victory NHT and its story, helping to increase visitor understanding of the resource.
