Eligibility

Notice of Intent to Award without Competition to Cleveland Metroparks. Cleveland Metroparks is uniquely qualified due to an extenive and well-funded program to control non-native, invasive plants and has worked cooperatively with Cuyahoga Valley National Park to control invasives along mutual borders. Cleveland Metroparks is the largest, non-federal holder of public lands in the Cuyahoga River Watershed. It has the ability to share costs and expertise.

Description

Create a cooperative weed management area (CWMA) that encompasses but is not limited to National Park Service and Cleveland Metroparks property located in the Cuyahog River Watershed with Geauga, Portage, Summit, and Cuyahoga Counties in northeast Ohio.
