Groundwork Elizabeth Capacity Building and Program Development

The project will support the work of Groundwork Elizabeth to improve access to parks, recreation and conserved natural resources through community led projects and programs and to provide technical assistance to other communities working on similar projects and programs in partnership with the National Park Service.
