This is a modification to an existing Cooperative Agreement to add anticipated FY 2016 funding along with the associated Statement of Work (SOW)and budget for the purpose of carrying out the Act and implementing the Management Plan with respect to the following areas: Administration and Operations; Marketing and Visitor Services; Planning; Resource Inventory, Development and Interpretation, and Grants and Sub-grants.
