Objective
The NIDCR Division of Intramural Research supports outstanding basic, translational, and clinical research and training to advance our understanding of biological processes relevant to dental, oral, and craniofacial health. NIDCR's key areas of Intramural research are: • Epithelial & Salivary Gland Biology • Immunology, Inflammation, & Microbiology • Mechanisms of Development & Stem Cell Fate • Sensory Biology & Pain • Skeletal, Matrix, & Mechanobiology
