The objective is to fund States programs that facilitate access and visitation by non-custodial parents.
Who Can Apply
- U.S. State Government (including the District of Columbia)
- Department or Agency of a U.S. State Government
All States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam.
Who Benefits
- Adult (20 to 64)
- Resident/Citizen of a U.S. Territory
Custodial and non-custodial parents.
