Packaging and Spreading Proven Pediatric Weight Management Interventions for Use by Low-Income Families

Objective

The purpose of this program is to increase the availability and number of packaged effective pediatric weight management interventions (PWMI) that can be used by healthcare, community or public health organizations to serve low-income children and their caregivers

Who Can Apply

• U.S. Territory (or Possession) Government (including freely-associated states)
• U.S. Federal Government
• U.S. State Government (including the District of Columbia)
• Other Local Government Consortium, Regional Organization (Intrastate), or Other Local Government Combination
• Small Business Person
• Nonprofit Organization
• Federally Recognized Indian/Native American/Alaska Native Tribal Government

Eligibility is not to be limited.
