Objective
To provide United States assistance for global development through the Millennium Challenge Corporation; to provide such assistance in a manner that promotes economic growth and the elimination of extreme poverty and strengthens good governance, economic freedom, and investments in people.

All applicants must be legally recognized organizational entities under applicable law. In order to be eligible to receive U.S. Government funding, organizations must meet certain requirements.
