Special Education Studies and Evaluations

Objective

To assess progress in implementing the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, including State and local efforts to provide (1) Free appropriate public education to children with disabilities; and (2) early intervention services to infants and toddlers with disabilities who would be at risk of having substantial developmental delays if early intervention services were not provided.

  • Other public institution/organization
  • Small business (less than 500 employees)
  • Profit organization
  • Private nonprofit institution/organization (includes institutions of higher education and hospitals)
  • Other private institutions/organizations

Applicants that have the ability and capacity to conduct scientifically valid evaluations are eligible to apply. Eligible applicants include, but are not limited to, non-profit and for-profit organizations.
