Objective
To assist States in ensuring that migratory children have the opportunity to meet the same challenging State content and performance standards that all children are expected to meet.

Children, ages 0 through 21, of migratory agricultural workers or migratory fishers, including children (i.e. persons age 21 or under) who are migratory-agricultural workers or migratory fishers or who are the spouses of migratory agricultural workers or migratory fishers, who have moved across school district lines within the past 36 months and, after doing so, engaged in new temporary or seasonal employment or personal subsistence in agriculture or fishing.
