Objective

The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58 authorizes a single, combined amount for each fiscal year for all apportioned highway programs combined. That amount is first apportioned among the States, and then each State’s apportionment is divided among the individual apportioned programs. This Assistance Listing 20.299 created in August 2025 was included in the previous ALN 20.205, please refer to former ALN 20.205 for FY24 and FY25 financial obligations. The new Assistance Listing 20.299 will be utilized by DOT at the start of FY 2026.
