Prioritization Process Pilot Program

Objective

The Prioritization Process Pilot Program will provide funding to develop and implement a publicly accessible, transparent prioritization process for the ranking and selection of projects for inclusion in short-range and long-range transportation plans for state or metropolitan areas, Statewide Transportation Improvement Programs (STIPs), and Transportation Improvement Programs (TIPs) in metropolitan areas. This Assistance Listing 20.262 created in August 2025 was included in the previous ALN 20.205, please refer to former ALN 20.205 for FY24 and FY25 financial obligations. The new Assistance Listing 20.262 will be utilized by DOT at the start of FY 2026.
