Objective

The goals of the Technology and Innovation Deployment Program are: Deploying research results and products developed under the Highway Research and Development program; Establishing and carrying out demonstration programs; Providing technical assistance and training to researchers and developers; Developing improved tools and methods to accelerate adoption of proven innovative practices and technologies as standard practices; and Implementing the Future Strategic Highway Research Program findings and results. This Assistance Listing 20.227 created in August 2025 was included in the previous ALN 20.200, please refer to former ALN 20.200 for FY24 and FY25 financial obligations. The new Assistance Listing 20.227 will be utilized by DOT at the start of FY 2026
