Objective
To provide civil society and democracy building public diplomacy programs within Europe, Eurasia and Central Asia. The applicable countries are: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan

- Public nonprofit institution/organization (includes institutions of higher education and hospitals)

- Non-Government - General
- Individual/Family
- Private nonprofit institution/organization (includes institutions of higher education and hospitals)
