To help governments to improve budget transparency and to support civil society organizations promoting fiscal transparency. This listing should not be used and will be retired once all funds have expired.

• Foreign Non-Government Nonprofit Organization

This is foreign assistance funding. Foreign governments are not eligible to apply for these funds.
