Overseas Refugee Assistance Programs for Europe

Objective

Assist refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Europe and Central Asia. Provides life-saving assistance to the most vulnerable IDPs and refugees produced by the war in Ukraine and conflict in Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan and critical humanitarian assistance to those affected by the conflict. Provide protection to refugees, asylum seekers, and individuals at risk for statelessness.
