The Trans-Sahara Counterterrorism Partnership (TSCTP) policy objective is to create an environment that will disrupt the ability of terrorists, violent extremist organizations (VEOs), and traffickers to operate by promoting regional government and non-government capacity building partnerships in the Sahel and Maghreb
