Objective

Program goal(s) name: Respond to child abuse and human trafficking Program goal(s) description: Improve outcomes for children and youth who are victims of human trafficking by integrating human trafficking policy and programming at the state or tribal level and by enhancing a coordinated, multidisciplinary, and jurisdiction-wide approach to human trafficking; and to support children’s advocacy centers multidisciplinary teams that provide coordinated investigation and comprehensive response to child abuse, specifically to provide services and improve the response to children who are victims of child pornography, including those victims of child pornography who are also victims of sex trafficking Program objective(s) name: Support for child victims of human trafficking and child pornography. Program objective(s) description: Develop and implement a jurisdiction-wide strategy to combat child and youth sex and labor trafficking; fill gaps in existing services and coordinate responses in existing anti-trafficking and youth-serving efforts, including those related to victim assistance, law enforcement, child welfare, runaway and homeless youth, and juvenile justice, among others; provide funding, training, and assistance to local and state children’s advocacy centers and multidisciplinary teams to improve service provision and response to victims of child pornography (including victims of those victims of child pornography that are victims of sex trafficking).
