Objective
Program goal(s) name: Improve outcomes for at-risk youth. Program goal(s) description: To promote positive youth outcomes and public safety for at-risk adolescents and vulnerable youth transitioning from foster care. Program objective(s) name: Improve outcomes for at-risk youth by increasing access to services, building skills, and preventing further victimization. Program objective(s) description: Enhance and expand models of residential-based innovative care, treatment, and services for youth in foster care. Increase protective factors to ensure youth transitioning from foster care have the skills they need to prevent any further victimization and/or involvement in the child welfare or juvenile justice systems. Increase connections for youth transitioning from foster care with caring and concerned adults that will help to prevent further victimization and/or involvement in the child welfare and/or juvenile justice systems.
