Program goal(s) description: Support state, local, and tribal law enforcement and prosecution agencies in their efforts to better identify, investigate, and prosecute hate crimes. Program objective(s) name: Increase capacity to identify and address hate crimes and support victims. Program objective(s) description: Increase the ability of agencies to identify, report, investigate, and prosecute hate crimes, and expand the tools available to improve outcomes for victims and communities impacted by hate crimes.
