Truckee-Carson Basins Research and Data Collection

Objective

To support research complementary to Reclamation program efforts for the implementation and administration of the Truckee River Operating Agreement (TROA) and the Newlands Project Operating Criteria and Procedures (OCAP).

  • Federally Recognized lndian Tribal Governments
  • Small business (less than 500 employees)
  • Private nonprofit institution/organization (includes institutions of higher education and hospitals)
  • Quasi-public nonprofit institution/organization
  • Other private institutions/organizations
  • Native American Organizations (includes lndian groups, cooperatives, corporations, partnerships, associations)

State and local agencies, public nonprofit institutions/organizations, other public institutions/organizations, Federally recognized Indian Tribal governments, private nonprofit institutions/organizations, other private institutions/organizations, and educational or scientific organizations may apply.

Who Benefits

Awards under this program are intended to benefit those affected by the implementation and administration of TROA and OCAP.
