Yakima River Basin Water Enhancement Phase III (Yakima Basin Integrated Plan)

Objective

To fund grants or cooperative agreements for the purpose of land and water transfers, leases, and acquisitions in support of water conservation projects to improve tributary and mainstem streamflow.

• Interstate
• State
• Other private institutions/organizations
• Local (includes State-designated lndian Tribes, excludes institutions of higher education and hospitals
• Public nonprofit institution/organization (includes institutions of higher education and hospitals)
• Federally Recognized lndian Tribal Governments

Agricultural, municipal and industrial water users; irrigation or water districts; Tribes, nonprofits, and state governmental entities with water or power delivery authority located in the Yakima Basin.
