White Mountain Apache Tribe Rural Water System

Objective

Pursuant to the White Mountain Apache Tribe Water Rights Quantification Act of 2010, the Bureau of Reclamation, through an Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act contract, is to plan, design, and construct the Rural Water System as defined in said Act.

Who Can Apply

• Federally Recognized lndian Tribal Governments

As defined in the White Mountain Apache Tribe Water Rights Quantification Act of 2010, the White Mountain Apache Tribe is eligible to assume the planning, design, and construction of the White Mountain Apache Tribe Rural Water System.
