Objective

ONRR shares 37.5 percent of selected revenue with Gulf producing states and political subdivisions; payable annually during the year after receipt in accordance with 30 CFR Section 519.418.

Revenue from selected leases will automatically trigger distribution to states and political subdivisions.

Eligible states and political subdivisions with Louisiana, Texas, Alabama, and Mississippi.
