Native Hawaiian Housing Block Grants

Objective

To provide funds to carry out affordable housing activities, including rental assistance both on and off the Hawaiian home lands, for eligible low-income Native Hawaiians.

The State of Hawaii's Department of Native Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) is the only eligible grant recipient.
