Objective

To support the conduct of measurement science, standards development research, and collaborative efforts within the mission of NIST’s Engineering Laboratory’s (EL’s) Disaster Resilience Program.

Eligibility for all programs are listed in the NOFO. Typically the competitions are open to all non-Federal entities. Eligible applicants include institutions of higher education, non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, state and local governments, Indian tribes, hospitals, foreign public entities, and foreign governments. Program seeks to collaborate with a wide range of organizations and encourages institutions of higher education and community colleges to apply. Please note that individuals and unincorporated sole proprietors are not considered “non-Federal entities” and are not typically eligible to apply.
